i guess that makes sense, but I was under the impression that he was the actual lead surgeon. Doesn't seem like he's a dime a dozen, even if he is backed up by some of the other best surgeons in the world.

Dr. James Andrews does all the major sports surgeries. He is the #1 guy for all that stuff. Pretty sure he is the preeminent doc for Tommy John surgery in baseball. What is going to happen when he retires? Dude is in his late 60s now!
