KISS needs a roadie -- and wants to hire a veteran

KISS, who will tour with Motley Crue this summer, has pledged to hire a veteran to work as a roadie.
KISS needs a roadie — and they want to hire a veteran to help out.
The band, who are touring with Motley Crue this summer, have been long-time supporters of the U.S. military, donating hundreds of thousands of dollars to the Wounded Warrior Project. Watch their troop salute here.
They're participating in Hiring our Heroes to give a job to a touring set carpenter who will travel with the band from July 14 through Sept. 25.
The lucky veteran who gets the gig will be part of the team that assembles the KISS stage set, helps run effects during the show and takes down the set afterwards. Applicants do not need to be a trained carpenter, but will work long hours.

Just found out via email from MLB that I have been selected to be a volunteer to assist with the All Star Game. I also found out that I passed MLB's nationwide background check which I was not really worried about. Now to know more I just have to wait for the next email.

For those of you not on Facebook Vassa who lives in Branson is ok. However his place of employment is in really bad shape. Please pray (for those of you who do) for him send positive vibes for those who do not.

Found out yesterday that a good friend of mine who has tendencies to disappear for years at a time, passed away in Bangkock Thailand in Oct. He was teaching English in China for his most recent adventure. Prior to that he was assisting on providing clean water to a village in Costa Rica. Cause of death is not yet known. While trying to locate a mutual friend of ours to let him know that Dan had passed I find out that the mutual friend Ben passed in Feb of a heart attack. Just really freaked out right now.
