Yeah, I had to come out to Utah for work and miss five home games and I was able to sell all of them for over face value without any delay. They're averaging about 17,500 people a home game and are rolling. In fact, the team had a two game away stretch to Vancouver and Portland, in which over 100 fans traveled from KC to the Pacific Northwest to root them on.

Despite the arguments over whether it's a good way to play defense or not, this team for the past 2 seasons, Defensively has been built primarily around its secondary. Flowers, Carr, Berry (2 years ago), Lewis (who made great strides last year)

It's never wise not to invest in your strengths. This is one of the Chiefs strengths. Don't be cheap, just embrace it. Sign Carr.

Well, until we see for sure whether or not the Chiefs plan to make no actions to improve their position at QB, I'll hold off on too much criticism of the Daboll comment about 'I've seen Cassel in action, etc, etc' - because at the end of the day he works for the Chiefs, therefore, as with most other teams in the NFL, his press conferences are going to be filled with a lot of regurgitated company lines and non-boat shaking comments about personnel that is obviously lacking. He could have gone out there and said, 'I like the receivers, looking forward to the return of JC, and I'm really excited about drafting a QB or going after one in FA to replace Matt Cassel....'

That just isn't realistic, especially for a team that is run by Pioli, who brought with him the NE tendency to give very very little away in Press Conferences. I mean, did any of you count how many times Gronk had to say 'taking it day by day' or 'one day at a time' in his pregame press conferences? The team rammed that down his throat and told him not to veer from that direction.

Alright, I'll give you he not having offensive talent in Cleveland, but Miami last year really isn't a good sell on me. I know what their record shows and their numbers show. They had issues at QB all season, which could have led to their struggles, but in reality I think I would have rather had Matt Moore as the QB of the Chiefs this year than Matt Cassel.

The Dolphins don't just have a bunch of slouches on offense. They have a few Brandon Marshall, who is considered a 'bad apple' but he is a fully capable WR. Davone Bess had his worst receiving year this season, but averages about 670 yards a season which is decent for a #2/slot type receiver. Fasano is nothing but average, but a dependable TE. Reggie Bush, despite his 'bust' label given to him, is effective at the things which he does, and Daniel Thomas had some flashes this season.

All said, the Dolphins aren't an elite offense, but I don't buy Daboll not having anything to work with there.
