Kansas City Chiefs RB Jamaal Charles (knee) said via Twitter that he took part in a football workout for the first time Thursday, Feb. 2, since suffering a torn anterior cruciate ligament. "Cleats on again for the first time today ... felt weird but I'm gettin back into it," Charles said.

Obviously you NEVER want your stud RB to tear up his knee. With that being said, im glad it happened in week 2, and not week 16 like Adrian Peterson. I really think that Charles will be able to come back next year at close to 100%. Same with Berry and Moeaki too.
