Over on weather.com, the weather channel, I saw a list of the worst weather cities in the NFL. Here are the top 5, or bottom 5 depending on perspective:
Buffalo
Cleveland
Pittsburgh
Green Bay
Kansas City

The best weather city was San Diego. Factors taken into account were temperature--throughout the season so hot days were included-- wind, precipitation, even humidity.
Domes weren't included but I think they ranked those cities separately based on weather outside on game days.

Surprised Chicago isn't on here. I think the weather here is worse than KC IMO

I agree! They don't call if the Windy city for nothing. What about Seattle? Don't they get a Sh** ton of rain.

Yeah. I was surprised that KC was number 5. What they did was factor the weather all season long, not just the cold games. Chicago was 7 or 8 on the list. Seattle gets a lot of rain but the temps were fairly consistent--mention was made of KC being hot at the start and cold at the end so extremes were taken into account. Miami was fairly high due to rain and heat and humidity. Interesting article--one of those fun conversation starters at a game or at a bar.

I dunno. I guess it's the rainy season in Miami for alot of football season. And remember a few years ago when the Chiefs had to play them on a Friday I think before a hurricane hit.

Yeah, having spent time in both Chicago and in Kansas City, I really honestly have to give the edge to the Windy City. The wind whipping off the lakes there once it gets cold is borderline arctic and consistent. I'm not saying Kansas City isn't cold, I think it should probably be 6 on the list. I think that GB and Pittsburg may swap, I haven't been to Heinz field though... I haven't been in Paul Brown Stadium either, but like Chicago, it has just arctic winds that whip off the lakes there.

Plus, y'know, you're in Cleveland. I feel like, in this case, the tie should go to the shithole city.

Homer: [reading] "Project Arcturus couldn't have succeeded without you. This will get you a little closer to that dream of yours. It's not the Dallas Cowboys, but it's a start. Drop me a line if you're on the East Coast, Hank Scorpio." Aw, the Denver Broncos!
Marge: I think owning the Denver Broncos is pretty good.
Homer: Yeah, yeah.
Marge: Well, explain to me why it isn't.
Homer: [sighs] You just don't understand football, Marge.

Haha I was at that game as well. I had on like 6 layers of clothes, feet and hand warmers, and a blanket. I still felt like I was going to freeze.

Yes, that was a cold ass game. Didn't keep both offenses from putting up a bunch of points though if I recall.

We left early. I told my sister "well we can sit here hope we tie and have to stay longer or just figure we will lose and go home and get warm." So we left.

Wasn't there snow on the seats too?
