Well at least the Sunday night game was entertaining.

My name is Maximus Decimus Warthog, member of HomeoftheChiefs.com, former season ticket holder of the lower level , loyal servant to the true coach, Martimus Schottenheimer. Father to disenfranchised sons, husband to a non football fanatic wife, and I will see my Chiefs in a Super Bowl, in this life or the next.

Wait a tic. Rob Ryan isn't the Cowboys head coach? Did they ever show Garrett on TV all night long? If you didn't know anything about football, and watched tonight's game, I wouldn't blame anyone that thought Rob was the head coach.

I think they showed Garrett once when he went out onto the field to scream at the official for giving them a flag for the 12 players in the huddle.

I'm going to say this again, the Broncos' fans 'IN-COM-PLETE' chant is the gayest in the NFL.

Well, that was interesting. NFL history right there. 2 of the 3 FG's that were kicked from 63 yards out were in Denver. Thin air?

Well, I guess the one good thing about last night's game is that my Broncos didn't end up getting annihilated by the Raiduhs like they did last time. The bad thing is that looks like Broncos still have a lot of work to do. Did not like that slow start that they had. You can't win very many games if you can't get into the endzone before the 3rd quarter.

A common item I have noticed is that defenders simply don't even try to tackle, just try to hit. The runner or receiver just bounces off and keeps going. Just like the Chiefs' tackling was horrendous so is it elsewhere.

Nothing better to take your mind off the pitiful Chiefs than that end to the Bills-Raiders game and now the Chargers-Patriots game is on. Goooooooooooooo Ochocinco!

I hate the Chargers with the best of them, but love watching Patriot-Charger games. Always entertaining. Go Patriots!

Anybody who watched the Saints-Texans tilt got to see a helluva a 4th quarter. 37 combined point, I think. Holy shit. Epic comeback. Drew Brees is going to be mayor of New Orleans one day. Mark my words.

Homer: [reading] "Project Arcturus couldn't have succeeded without you. This will get you a little closer to that dream of yours. It's not the Dallas Cowboys, but it's a start. Drop me a line if you're on the East Coast, Hank Scorpio." Aw, the Denver Broncos!
Marge: I think owning the Denver Broncos is pretty good.
Homer: Yeah, yeah.
Marge: Well, explain to me why it isn't.
Homer: [sighs] You just don't understand football, Marge.

Its funny, while at work today (during the Chiefs game) I'm helping check on registers and a customer who I know is a Raiders fan tells me that he knows the Raiders will beat the Patriots because they beat the Jets and because the Patriots don't have a run defense to stop McFadden and the rest of the Raiders running attack. My rebuttal was, " I didn't know the Raiders had a good Pass defense, how will they stop the Patriots from throwing the ball?" I shut his smug ass up! :)

ATTENTION: Will the Woman who left her 11 kids at the practice field please pick them up? They are beating the RAIDERS by two touchdowns!

You have to be delusional to be a Raider fan, it's a must.
