I believe this has been the quietest this site, or the old Huddle, has ever been within one week to draft day. Is it the lock out? Is it because the Chiefs draft so far back that no one has a clue who they will draft? What is the malaise?

My name is Maximus Decimus Warthog, member of HomeoftheChiefs.com, former season ticket holder of the lower level , loyal servant to the true coach, Martimus Schottenheimer. Father to disenfranchised sons, husband to a non football fanatic wife, and I will see my Chiefs in a Super Bowl, in this life or the next.

Yeah, that's what I'm thinking too. Also, there are less questions at starting positions than there have been in years past, though this team pretty well universally lacking depth.

This, and the overall demise of the economy. People losing their jobs by the 1000s. Those of us with jobs, wondering if it will still be there tomorrow.
Then we have the billionaires bickering about having to add 2 games because they want more money, and it will be good for the game. PPPLLLLLLLLLZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ. Give me an effin' break. :coachc: Nothing good will come from this, and we as fans will do ALL the suffering.
