One of his two sacks. And then he had the 35 yard INT to the 2. Not bad for a freshman. BTW, he's the one wrapping up the QB. This pic was the picture on the front page of the paper yesterday, thought I'd share.

The Chiefs should sign Julius Peppers, Antonio Pierce, Joey Porter, L.T., Darren Sproles, Antrel Rolle, Oshiomogho Atogwe, and Thomas Jones. SUPER BOWL!!!

Yep, linebacker. In fact in the same newspaper that that picture is from he has another picture for being named to the All Conference football team at linebacker (8 other team mates made it with him). It was honorable mention, but he was the only freshman on the team, which they also made a big deal about in the paper.

Tell him to keep it up so he can make a career out of it and take care of his old man after being looked out for the last 18 years of his life. :checkit:

FYI Iowa Hawkeyes luv their backers.

He's 15, but that's understandable.

Thanks. And one more win this Saturday and we are playing in the Edward Jones Dome in St. Louis after Thanksgiving. It's gonna be tough, another tough team to play, but right now, they are all tough.

This is a picture my neice took of his second sack. In this one, the QB kind of ran backwards to get away and couldn't. It was a 14 yard loss or something like that.

Big rally tonight for the game tomorrow. A whole bunch of us are going up early in the morning to tailgate before the game. Also feeling real nervous like I did back in the Chiefs heyday, maybe worse because my son is involved.

He must somehow be related to McIntosh. He has that same look on his face "Was that my bad?"

Had the worst beginning to a high school game possible. After a fumble, a missed tackle, and 2 INTS for touchdowns we were down 29-0 with 10 minutes left to go in the 1st quarter. We came back to 35-14 at halftime and just couldn't claw all the way back. We out gained them in passing yards and total yards, but our turnovers killed us and we were a team that rarely turned over the ball all season. The dream of going to the championship game and St. Louis is over on to basketball now.

Sorry to hear about the loss. Well, at least it sounds like they had a good run, and sounds like Jr. will be one heck of a linebackerPosted Image

I am extremely proud of the kid. Just wish my oldest son didn't get hurt. It's hard to fawn all over my son who is the freshman when the junior didn't get a chance to finish the season.
