That was my concern also. Had I thought it out prior, I would have waited until Tuesday to approve the trade. Of course, we could both bench the players involved for week one.

another question, does yahoo automatically enact the trade if it is not protested, or does the commish have to do it, if so, he could wait until Tuesday to act on it.

Looks like HG changed the protest time from 2 days to none, but it still didn't put the pending deals through. I bet that only works on new trades, not existing ones.

Trades are enacted automatically if there are not any protests.
