Now that this season is wrapped up and there were many last year declaring Bill Self a better coach than Roy Williams because Roy won his championship with someone else's players. How does last night's game change that, if at all?

Roy Williams has always been a better coach. Self is probably a better recruiter.

Yes, after last season many proclaimed Self a better coach than Williams, maybe the best in the nation. I don't see it. Roy is better.

Self is a better recruiter. Williams is not only a great coach, but his style of play is exciting as can be. Williams never stacked a team like Self has in Kansas, but they were damn fun to watch.

I'm not really a KU fan but I was when Roy was there because it was exciting basketball. Up and down the court running and gunning. Didn't watch any ball this year but I'm sure that's what Carolina does now. Full tilt.

It's fun to watch, but I'll take defensive basketball over Williams up and down, not play any defense style anyday!!!

I'd have to disagree with you on the stacked a team comment, as the 1996–1997 KU team was really loaded with talent. Jacque Vaughn, Paul Pierce, Reaf LaFrentz, Scot Pollard. Jared Haase, Billy Thomas, and so on.

Yes, they lost to Arizona, but that 96-97 KU team was loaded.

William's teams play defense. I have no idea what you're talking about. Teams score more because there are more possessions. If they force teams to shoot under 35% and force turnovers, it's good defense.

That team was only 7 guys deep though.

Still was NBA talent roster, especially Paul Pierce.

KU during Williams time played defense. Most of the time, they're in the top 10 in opponent field goal shooting during the season on defense.
