Broncos Send Cutler To Chicago!
Posted by Mike Florio on April 2, 2009, 5:16 p.m.

At a time when the tea leaves were pointing to a trade that would have sent quarterback Jay Cutler from the Broncos to the Redskins, NFL.com reports that the Broncos have announced that Cutler has been traded to the Bears.

As of this posting, there’s no story — just a headline.

Stay tuned.

Not Chiefs news, but...

http://msn.foxsports.com/nfl/story/9409280...or-picks,-Orton

Quote

Jay Cutler told FOXSports.com Wednesday night that he thought he would be traded to an NFC team. He was right. However, it was not the team to which everyone had him linked.

Cutler has been traded to the Chicago Bears for two first-round picks, a third-round pick and quarterback Kyle Orton, FOXSports.com has learned. Denver will receive Chicago's first- and third-round pick in this year's draft, and Chicago's first-round pick in 2010, along with Orton. The Bears get Cutler and the Broncos' fifth-round pick this year.

This is so awesome. Detroit is out of the picture now, and the Donks will NOT get Stafford or Sanchez. Life is good.

Okay people; you may resume with the celebrating of Dungver's downfall. CHEERS! :dancing:

And it is so hard to draft a franchise quarterback such as Cutler, just ask the Chiefs. I don't care how many draft picks they get. One in million Broncs, one in a million.

I at least get the pleasure of razing my parents and best friends, they are Bears fan, and the Bears got shafted. Damn this would be better if Denver got shafted
