Well, I have discussed this on the main thread in the Chiefs thread, but I don't think it was picked up. The fact that Cassel hasn't signed an extension, the possibility of either nabbing Stafford or Sanchez is still possible. Had Cassel signed an extension before the NFL Draft (still possible, but time may be running out), that would have lowered the Chiefs chances of selecting a QB in the first round.
