I gotta say.... I liked CBS a lot better. Yahoo's layout for fantasy baseball is clunky, and I have yet to find any place where it posts probable starts.

Yeah, Yahoo sucks. I only moved it there because CBS changed their scoring system last year and it sucked. They made it better this year but I didn't know in time. I won't be able to modify anything next year (on CBS) but it'll still be better than Yahoo. CBS gave me a modifiable commish league last year but they usually charge $180! The live scoring on Yahoo blows!

As far as probable starts, from your lineup page click on the 'opponents' tab. They put a ^ on the day(s) that pitcher starts. Or if you mean FA pitchers in the drop down (batters is the default) one of the options is probable pitchers...I'll also try to post the 2 start pitchers list from CBS on Saturdays, or ASAP,,,

also it seems our league from CBS last year is active somehow...not sure how long it will be since I didn't pay but...

Did you all realize that our last years league is still playing as well?

And I'm kicking butt in it. I'm beating NK by 50 points this week.

I'm now 3-0 in this, anyone besides The Closers notice that's it's active? At least until May 18th.

I did notice that is was active, at one time, but have never check its status. As for this years version, yeah Yahoo sucksass, but I can't complain about the performance of my team. Seems it pays off to edit your preferences, if your not goona be able to be at the draft. I got most of all the position players I wanted, and if I had known my trade, in the first week would've effected the lineup for the first week,(Yahoo said it wouldn't be approved until Wednesday, which would've keept my lineup intact, but instead only gave me like 4 active pitchers) I might be undefeated.......but hey..........it is what it is. I'm still happy with my team, just not with Yahoo Baseball.

I didn't get in your league so I latched onto a league at CBS Sports.com and am currently in first place. I too like CBS over yahoo.

At this point I don't think Yahoo would allow us to come back Posted Image

1 thing that sucks about CBS is you only get 5 bench spots and no DL spots. I've had Rollins on DL twice now, for all but 2 weeks of the season...managed to grab Furcal who was doing great then got DL-ed hisself Posted Imageand now I just lost Morales to a celebration injury Posted Image Some decent options available but I have to drop a very good player to add a mediocre one...sucks. it's a money league, 2 big injuries and it's hard to compete...I still prefer CBS but we just have to live with all their default settings..

and Wart...man I'm sorry for not realizing you weren't in...especially since we had a little trouble finding 1 more...and the dude that replaced you is a moron lol

You wouldn't want me in man, I am ruling the league I'm in because I know how to make the moves and they haven't caught on yet. I do like that CBS has restricted the use of relief pitchers. You can only use two this year on the active roster.

:bringit: I ain't afraid.
Yeah, I noticed that we will be tied.Damn Dino. Atleast it wasn't his two-start approach that took me down. His hitters went wild this week.
I get Ethier and Votto back this week, so my sticks oughta pick up some more production. Now if my pitchers can record a couple wins. Had a few tough luck NDs this week, that cost me some points also. I think I already have more wins, than I got all of last season, so I'm stoked.....:ganja: It's still a long way to go, but I like my team.

Thanks. It was hard fought, having to take down all the top teams, just to make it in, yours included.
Hoped some of this luck would run on into football, but not so much, in some leagues.

10 points up in my playoff game with 4 starters left to the other guys 1. It's great and all, but there is absolutely no banter between team owners. Nobody knows anyone else in the league and half the guys quit playing.

I lost in the championship game. It was a pretty dry league though, everyone kept up their teams, but no one bantered. Wish I was in the Zigs league, the back and forth was always better.

I won the only $$$ league I was in but it sucked it having the championship during the last week of the regular season. I lost 3 starts due to guys getting shutdown. plus my 2B Roberts was ill the whole week and SS Scutaro got shut down early in the week, somehow I still won by 7.

I lead in points the whole season but it took until the last week to actually clench a playoff spot. got the #3 seed and took out #2 then 1 Posted Image

I'll put in my two cents, for getting you back in.
Might even try more than one league myself next year(maybe even a money league). Still liked the set up of CBS better than Yahoo. Have never played baseball on ESPN or MLB or Fox
