Chiefs 2018 Playoffs: Chiefs vs Colts
#31
Holy shit it is coming down out there. Would love to get an update from any of the tailgaters... Stay warm, y'all. Drink lots of alcohol. I read somewhere that's the smart thing to do if you're exposed to cold weather for long periods.

Watkins is expected to play. Ware is doubtful but will work out pre game before a final decision. Berry is also a game time decision. I'm going to go out on a limb and say he does end up going today.

Rappaport seems to think Berry's a no-go.

Unrelated, but looking for my Chiefs knit cap today (no dice), I realized I still own a Trent Green replica jersey.  Not sure I how I feel about that.  Def rolling with my Chiefs hoodie instead, though.

Yeah I mean everyone has said that hes not likely to play but. Based on nothing I just think (hope?) he will. I know athletes know their bodies and a lot stay out longer than fans hope and sometimes they rush back and get worse. But berry seems like a different animal. All year we've heard it's about pain tolerance. So here we are, win or be done, and hes not going to play? Hes already got his money so he doesnt have to worry about getting paid. Hes not really at risk of making it worse and not being able to play next week if we do win. I just am not sure what he could be waiting for, the super bowl? Yanno, theres a good chance we wont get there since we've won 1 playoff game in my lifetime.

I was exaggerating a bit because I was alive for the Montana wins but I was 6 (and a half, and a cowboys fan). That means I was also alive for the win in 91 but I know nothing about that win.

2 tds and neither are passing. Fast start. Cant let down this energy.

Defense is playing awesome. Offense has looked really good. And our special teams gives up a td. Do we fall apart? Old chiefs probably would. Mahomes, we need a td drive here so we know different.

We're going to start naming the kicker.

He was Lin Elliott, and by naming him, honoring him, and remembering that it really wasn't his fault... the curse shall be broken.

Nice read, and if you go to 610 sports I'm sure they'll have the interview this morning up soon.

Note: He was a Texas Tech guy too.

CURSE BROKEN.
