SpaceX

I dont know if anyone has been following the work of Elon Musk and spaceX but i find it fascinating last acouple months ago they landed tue first stage of the falcon 9 rocket on land for the first time ever.   Last week they landed it at sea.   Something that could revolutionize how we think of space travel.  Here is a cool video of the progress to get to that point.

I'm hoping my daughter - who wants to be an aerospace engineer - can get on with SpaceX.  Watching very closely!

Better than that, she's going to be a Buckaroo-ette Banzai. She's still working on being a rockstar, learning martial arts, and whatnot, right?

That was amazing.  As a kid I was always fascinated and dreamed of space.  I remember Alan Shepard and the tests and the the Apollo missions.  The moon landing was a special to me then and still is.  Now I understand Im past the age and I can only watch.  But watch I will

Well, she's a TKD blackbelt, a fencer (sabre, even), an artist (she's working on learning animation now)...

She's basically 100% badass.

"Boo" on sabre.  I don't respect anyone who needs to hide behind right-of-way.

They just successfully landed their 3rd rocket at sea.   This time with a camera on the rocket.
