I never believed Schwartz would play again. I assume he'll retire.

And they cut Mitchell Schwartz as well.

Offensive line is now straight up priority #1 and #2 in FA and the draft, even if you like some of our other pieces going forward like Niang.

Considering both their presence at the beginning of the season seemd to be in doubt anyway, I dont really feel like this changed much in terms of priority.

I feel like Reiter hasn't been anything that couldn't be replaced anyway. Interior line you just gotta throw numbers at unless you happen upon a Pro Bowl talent.

The Chiefs had to have planned on moving on from all these guys. You're probably right that their plans haven't changed much, but as a fan it certainly upped my anxiety about protecting Mahomes.

It makes me wonder if we're in the Orlando Brown Jr. sweepstakes to try a Pro Bowl RT at LT. It would probably take a 1st and a mid round pick or two to get him from the Ravens.

We've got some young offensive lineman prospects (Niang, Williams, Durant), and maybe with a full offseason these guys can be ready for prime time. Still, you want to raise your floor and add depth with free agents as well as add one proven commodity before the draft.

It will definitely be interesting to see how the offensive line is addressed. LT concerns me as building from the draft is crucial to help the salary cap for this position; however, it is challenging to find the right guy when we draft so late.

Pure blind luck... it's been protecting children from fire for centuries!

Thuney from the Pats. We needs oline, so this makes sense, but I am still very worried about the tackle position.

According to several reports we've restructured jones and kelce to free up more cap which isn't shown on OTC.
