Kids and their vidya games.  Back in my day when you bought a game, you got the ENTIRE GAME.  They were also hard.   If you wanted to play a game with someone, you had to actually have friends who would spend time with you!  That was back when football players played defense, careers were half as long, everyone finished with mild to severe brain damage and post career knee cartilage was considered a privilege!

Back then QB's didn't play fortnite!  Hell no!  They didn't watch film!  They smoked at half time, drank all night, worked as trash men in the off-season, and they called their own damn plays!

I'm so glad you've started attaching this image to your own posts now.

Also, I know what a fortnight is.  It's two weeks.  So I'm not that old.  Huzzah!

As the parent of a 9 year old, I know what it is. We don't allow it in our house.

Because... reasons.

I would "allow" it, but only after offering plenty of far superior alternatives. I hate all of the battle royale style games, which is way too many of them.

On the bright side, Fallout 76 just came out.

This is just the easiest place to put this, but it's tangentially Mahomes related.  Anyway... WELCOME BACK T-RICH!

Gosh, I miss T-RIch. I'm listening to a snippet of an interview with Priest Holmes right now, and damn, I miss him too.

This does, sadly, reveal that Mahomes likes ketchup on his steak.

At least he has the decency to be ashamed of it.

Lost in our pithy comments is the fact that his profile--a long read from the magazine--is incredibly good.  The stuff from Kliff Kingsbury (his coach at Texas Tech) alone is great.

The highlight of that video imo is Dustin Colquitt thanking Mahomes for letting him punt.
