Hali Unhappy - tyecopeland - 07-22-2017

We thought he was injured and understood he was in decline. Apparently not. He probably doesn't think too highly of dee ford's skills either.

RE: Hali Unhappy - asskickingboots - 07-22-2017

Virtually every player hates it when they get less playing time. He still played on over half of KC's defensive snaps. I don't think that's too little time to set up pass rush moves and counter moves to be effective.

All that being said, he probably should have had more playing time late in the year and in the playoffs because it appeared that Dee Ford had not totally recovered from his injury earlier in the year. Truth be told, we should have been playing Hali to have Ford fresh for the playoffs.

It sucks that we haven't kept a great life-long Chief happy, but this isn't totally a bad thing. It's clear he still wants to play.

I'm going to take all this with a grain of salt.

RE: Hali Unhappy - mabbott - 07-26-2017

When you are on a good team, you have to fight for playing time. Hali is still good and needs to accept a role of less time if he wants to extend his career. Being in the rotation is important and he should know that. I understand the ego part of it, it is hard to go from being "the guy" to just being one of the guys.  I still love him as a player and a person and I am glad he has the fire to play!

He claims he's not injured, but then suddenly, he's on the PUP?

Yeah, I'll be glad to see this guy go.

That seems like a strange take on guy who has been a part of your favorite team for 11 seasons.

Well, he hasn't done much recently because he's busy either getting hurt all the time, or calling out his teammates missing voluntary workouts while he's sitting on his ass in camp/PUP'ed.

Not to mention that his production has been on a decline as well.

Hali will remain on PUP. He won't be eligible to play until after weekweek 6.

RE: Hali Unhappy - HG - 09-04-2017

I think it will be his last year period.  If he doesnt retire sometime this year.  If he is not happy he just might.
