Chat about the game here...

Is it too much to hope for a meaningless victory?

it would be nice to enter the season on a positive note with a victory. But i dont really get worked up on preseason wins lol. I'm actually pleasantly suprised with some of what ive seen this offseason. This will be the first season since 2006 where i will be in america the whole season and be able to watch all the games. I think me not being in america has made the chiefs suck. KC was 4-3 in the 2007 season when I left for Korea. Since that day, they are 6-35. OUCH!!!

Ugh.

Final preseason games are brutal scrub battles. Half of the game is gonna basically be guys who won't be here auditioning for other teams.

How long are the starters supposed to play in this game? 1 or 2 series?

I would bet the Chiefs run their first team a lot longer then the Packers do.

I'd be stunned if the Pack runs their first team at all.

Homer: [reading] "Project Arcturus couldn't have succeeded without you. This will get you a little closer to that dream of yours. It's not the Dallas Cowboys, but it's a start. Drop me a line if you're on the East Coast, Hank Scorpio." Aw, the Denver Broncos!
Marge: I think owning the Denver Broncos is pretty good.
Homer: Yeah, yeah.
Marge: Well, explain to me why it isn't.
Homer: [sighs] You just don't understand football, Marge.

I think Battle will have a monster game, He will cement himself as our 3rd running back (not that he hasn't already) and we will have our replacement for when Jones retires. I wonder if Casey or Rudy get most of the snaps tonight? Hopefully its Rudy, I want Casey as our starting Center.

Anybody think Arenas or McCluster take it to the house tonight?

ATTENTION: Will the Woman who left her 11 kids at the practice field please pick them up? They are beating the RAIDERS by two touchdowns!

I'm pretty sure Battle has already cemented himself as the 3rd RB.

Anyone know of a good place to watch this game online? I know justin.tv might have it, but I've never had a good experience there. Also didn't know if the NFL was any more tolerant of preseason games being streamed.

*Edit: found a link for anyone interested. Not sure if it's gonna work since the game hasnt' started obviously, but here it is anyway. http://en.justin.tv/...er#/w/359510624
