After the Tampa game, it's gonna take more than 1 good hit to make up for that.
He played so bad I thought he was f**king up on purpose.

Didn't we go through this last season and realized DJ was the best option in the end? I've always liked Demorrio Williams, regardless of what people have said about him, but I guess him and DJ both are just inconsistent but capable of making big plays. DJ came in last season toward the middle/end of the season and made some huge plays. I guess it doesn't matter who starts. They'll both see the field plenty this year. I like what Belcher has shown against the run at times.

I wonder who the self proclaimed O-Line expert, Nathan Kent strongly disagreed with when he made that statement?
I bet that same person would ask Nathan Kent why he has Lance Long ahead of Jeremy Urban, or even Terrence Copper, who at least is an integral part of special teams?
I bet he would say that neither Long nor Copper add anything to the offense, but Copper actually has some value elsewhere.

Just my opinion, I could be wrong. And I'm sure some of you will tell me I am. But I'm not. Peace out, y'all!!

1. I have never, EVER said anything nice about Ryan O'Callaghan. He could not beat out Nick Kaczur for the starting job in New England. Kaczur is one of the worst starting RTs in the NFL. My call wasn't for Ryan O'Callaghan to be starting over Barry Richardson. It was for Herb Taylor to be starting over either one of them. I stand by that call.
2. I think I made it relatively clear that I don't like anybody in the bottom half of this receiver corps, but I'll take the guy that has four catches for 51 yards over the guy who has one catch for 7 yards, or the guy that has no catches at all. There's a reason they named the position wide RECEIVER.
Pop Quiz: Who was the last WR the Chiefs took on the active roster despite having no preseason catches?

Williams' sacks came against the Eagles first unit.
He also had a couple of pressures, one of which lead to a near interception by Berry (I love me some Berry, that guy was flshing all over).
DJ ran a couple of those same blitz's that resulted in him getting blocked because he didn't time them nearly as well as Williams.
DJ is still teh same guy he's always been.
A flash here, then he disappears.
It's like a migician's disappearing trick.

He doesn't make me cry. He makes Baby Jesus cry. He makes me angry.

Homer: [reading] "Project Arcturus couldn't have succeeded without you. This will get you a little closer to that dream of yours. It's not the Dallas Cowboys, but it's a start. Drop me a line if you're on the East Coast, Hank Scorpio." Aw, the Denver Broncos!
Marge: I think owning the Denver Broncos is pretty good.
Homer: Yeah, yeah.
Marge: Well, explain to me why it isn't.
Homer: [sighs] You just don't understand football, Marge.

Since most of ny arguments are with you, I guess it was easy to confuse whoevr it might have been with you.
I agree with you on Taylor.
There's no one on the bottom of the receiver chart worth a damn, so I'm going to keep the guy that actually has some value elsewhere.
Don't know.
Don't care.

Now the problem seems to be over the middle...since our ILB's tend to wander away or stand around fisting each other while the play develops....

Yeah, but he couldn't survive the preseason.
