I think having 5 days before having to play after beating KU will help the Tigers stay focused on their game Saturday against the Cornhuskers. The opportunity to avenge an earlier road loss should be helpful too.

It's good to see them get some respect. I'm expecting them jump to either 14 or 15 in the polls, probably ahead of Marquette, Butler, and of course Kansas. Plus, either Kansas or K-State is gonna have to lose Saturday, and either way that's good for the Tigers in the conference standings.

Just can't let up against Nebraska. Just seems that everytime we get on a high a big low comes by and smacks us.

What's up with this ESPNU that the MU/KSU game is on tonight? It's not available unless you buy the sports package? What a load of crap. These local games should be available locally. I'm having to watch it on CBSSports.com where they update the score.

I was saying early in the season, before they beat KU or OU, that Mizzou would be undefeated at home. For once one of my wild, homeristic predictions was right. Sure, realistically KU will beat Texas at home, but it's still cool being in the hunt for a share of the conference championship. Hopefully this isn't a one and done type of thing though.

I'm gonna go so far as to say it doesn't matter if MU beats Texas A&M. It won't change their Big XII tournament seeding and it probably won't change their seeding in the NCAA tournament either. Still, there's no real reason to let up. :teeth:

I think Mizzou will be a 3 seed in the NCAA tournament, maybe a 4. Mike Anderson took this team from not even sniffing the tournament to being ranked in the top 10 at one point in the season. It's gonna be tough moving forward without some of the experienced guys like Lyons, Carrol, and Lawrence, but Mike Anderson is counting on last year's class and this year's class to be the hallmark of his program.

I think a Sweet 16 appearance is expected. I really hope they dont go 1 and done, it would be very disapointing

After being picked to finish 7th in the big 12 by the coaches Mizzou came out and won the Big 12 Tourney. Way to go Tigers!

Wow. That took a lot out of me. Leo Lyons had a lot to do in letting Marquette back in the game, but he came through at crunch time. Was really getting annoyed with the East coast bias announcers though.

Ouch, my back hurts and I can't make free throws. Coach put in our best free throw shooter. :scared:
