I was happy to hear of Jackson’s signing,as I knew from Barry’s Training Camp updates, that in the arly part of last week,he was not present in camp, due to the lack of a contract agreement.
I knew that the sooner he was able to be in camp and working out with the team, the better,as it is always vital to have all your players actively involved and learning the Chiefs system, especially with new Head Coach Todd Haley now at the helm,it would also be easier for the Coach to be able to quickly begin to evaluate Tyson’s performance,in preperation for Saturday’s pre-season opener.
He should be a good fit for the Chiefs in 2009 and beyond.
